Admission Procedure for Class I to IX

1. Eligibility Criteria : The student must meet the age requirements for the respective class

  • Class I: The student must be at least 6 years old as of 1st April of the academic year.
  • Class II to IX: The student must have successfully completed the previous class from a recognised school.

Admission to Class II to IX is subject to availability of seats.

2. Admission Form : Prospectus and Admission Forms are available at the school office during school hours (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

3. Documents Required : Students must submit the following documents along with the admission form:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate (for students applying for Class I)
  • Transfer Certificate from the previous school (for students applying for Class II and above)
  • Copy of Caste Certificate (ST/SC/OBC/Minority)
  • Copy of Aadhar Card (of student and either parent)
  • Copy of Previous Class Marksheet
  • Passport-size Photographs (four copies)

4. Fee Payment : Students are required to pay the Admission Fees, Lab Fees (if applicable) and Annual Charges at the time of admission.

5. Provisional Admission : Admission is provisional until all required documents are submitted. Failure to submit documents will result in cancellation of admission, and the student will not be allowed to attend classes.

Important Dates : The admission process usually begins from the 1st week of December.

Admission Procedure for Class XI

1. Eligibility Criteria : The student must have passed the HSLC examination or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Selection to the respective streams is based on the following criteria:

  • (i) Science Stream: H.S.L.C Percentage should be 60 % or above.
  • (ii) Arts/Commerce Stream: H.S.L.C Percentage should be 45% or above.

2. Admission Form : Prospectus and Admission forms will be available at the school office during school hours (9:15 AM to 3:00 PM)

3. Documents Required : Students must submit the following documents along with the admission form:

  • Copy of Admit Card of Class X examination
  • Copy of Class X Marksheet
  • Copy of Aadhar Card
  • Copy of Caste Certificate (ST/SC/OBC/Minority)
  • Original Migration Certificate (for students migrating from a Board other than ASSEB Division – I (formerly SEBA))
  • Passport-Size Photographs (four copies)

4. Fee Payment : Students are required to pay the Admission Fees, Lab Fees (if applicable) and Annual Charges at the time of admission.

5. Provisional Admission : Admission is provisional until all required documents are submitted. Failure to submit documents will result in cancellation of admission, and the student will not be allowed to attend classes

Admission Procedure for Class XII

1. The admission on transfer is facilitated to only the regular students who passed the Higher Secondary First Year Examination 2024 and is admissible only from permitted/recognised institution to recognised/2nd Year Permitted institution. (Student from other Board/Council registered under COBSE can also apply).

2. Visit the link https://coi.ahseconline.in/ to apply for admission on transfer.

3. On approval of application, visit the school office for admission
