Payment Due Dates & Late Fee
- Quarterly tuition is payable in advance.
- The first payment is collected along with the applicable admission-time fees.
- Subsequent payments are due by the 10th of the first month of the applicable payment period.
- A grace period of 2 days is allowed.
- After the grace period, a late fee of ₹10 per day will apply.
- The maximum late fee is ₹200 per payment period.
Important: Admission Fees, Annual Charges and applicable Practical/Laboratory Fees are not included in the tuition amounts shown in this schedule. They are payable separately at admission.

Annual Charges are payable once every academic year and are collected in full with the first applicable tuition payment/admission payment.
Fee FAQs
How often are tuition fees payable?
Tuition fees are collected quarterly in advance. Classes I–X and XII follow an April–March cycle. Class XI follows a May–March cycle.
When are quarterly tuition payments due?
Subsequent quarterly tuition payments are due by the 10th of the first month of the applicable payment period. A 2-day grace period is allowed. Thereafter, a late fee of ₹10 per day applies, subject to a maximum of ₹200 per payment period.
What happens if a student joins during a payment period?
The full applicable tuition amount for the payment period in which the student is admitted is payable, irrespective of the date of admission within that period.
Is the Registration & Prospectus Fee applicable to existing students?
No. The ₹200 Registration & Prospectus Fee is applicable only to fresh admissions. Existing students continuing or promoted to the next class are exempt.
Is an Annual Admission Fee charged when a student is promoted?
Yes. The applicable Annual Admission Fee is payable whenever a student moves into a new class, including promotion to the next class.
Are Annual Charges payable every year?
Yes. Annual Charges are payable every academic year by all students.
Are Practical/Laboratory Fees charged every year?
Yes. Practical/Laboratory Fees are payable during admission and are charged every academic year according to the practical subjects selected.
Are fees refundable?
Fees paid for a payment period are non-refundable, including where a student withdraws or leaves the school during that payment period.
When does the Class XI academic session begin?
The Class XI academic session begins in May. No tuition fee is charged for April. The first tuition payment covers May–June, followed by July–September, October–December and January–March.
When are admission-time fees payable?
The applicable Annual Admission Fee, Annual Charges, first tuition payment and Practical/Laboratory Fee, where applicable, are payable at the time of admission. The ₹200 Registration & Prospectus Fee is additionally applicable only to fresh admissions.
